We need you to complete the sign-up process to place your order. Your detail is needed only to stay in touch with you during order and delivery, also for us to notify you of news from us. Ilsya does not share your personal informations with third-party companies. 
Please check your email regularly to make sure you are a serious buyer and can make payment within 2 days. Orders are canceled otherwise.

We only handle orders by email, not by phone. Your order will be treated within 3 business days. We will send you an email to confirm your order. To track your order, please go to your account page. If you want to cancel or change an order, please contact us rapidly at littleilsya@gmail.com and we will do our best to cancel or change, if it is not too late. 
Please ensure the measurement fits you to avoid dissatisfaction. 

We accept Maybank2u, CIMBclicks, or ATM/CDM Transfer. Please take note, to avoid fraud, your payment transaction slip or auto-generated email from bank is COMPULSORY. Please fill in the recipient email: littleilsya@gmail.com when you make your online payment. Without this details, your order will NOT BE PROCESSED. We do not accept reference number as we can't track your payment by this only detail.

Items bought are not refundable or exchangeable EXCEPT  if a delivered item is defected. 

Within 3 days from the reception of the product, customers can feel free to return products for getting a refund voucher . This means you must notify us by email littleilsya@gmail.com at the very latest 3 days after your receipt.

The item must also be returned to us within 7 days from delivery; in a perfect, unused, untagged, unworn and original shape. Used or deficient products will not be accepted for return. All tags must be intact and items packaged to protect their shape to insure proper credit. 

Items not returned in this condition will NOT be accepted and will simply be resent to the customer with shipping charges applied using the original form of payment.  

If we receive an item for an exchange or return that we do not feel meet our hygiene and health criteria, we reserve the right to refuse these items.

The customer will have an exchange to the same product and size or a refund voucher.

Mail postage for returned items is to be paid by customer plus 5% restocking fees.

We are not responsible for manufacturing defects or damage caused by customer error. Our full liability is limited to exchanging the item if the manufacturer says the item is defective.

If one of the items you ordered not being sent, please email us at littleilsya@gmail.com. However, it is possible that just before shipping we discover that item is faulty and cannot be send, so we will refund your money or you can hold until it becomes available.
